Comes and Tenno
1995-2008

The two dogs above are Dr. Nolan’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Comes (pronounced like “comet” – Latin meaning “Companion”) and Tenno (Japanese for “Heavenly King”). Comes is the black and tan, and Tenno the ruby born in 1995. Their official pedigree names are Biscay Comes and Biscay Tenno. "Biscay" is the Miami breeder's special designation. Both dogs have the same black and tan father "Champion Biscay Ain't Misbehavin.'" Comes' mother is the ruby "Chadwick Flamenco," and Tenno's mother is the blenheim "Biscay Singular Sensation."

March 17, 2008 - Though gravely ill with congestive heart failure, Comes still has puppy qualities as he approaches his 13th birthday in May.

Having been successful at getting some treats handed to him during Sunday (11th) luncheon, Comes decided to pose from his spot beside the table!
